Synopsis :  At 2:00 p.m., today, Tropical Depression "AMANG" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 970 km East of Borongan, Eastern Samar (12.5°N, 134.5°E) with maximum winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move Northeast at 22 kph.
