Typhoon 'Chedeng' lumayo na; PAGASA Update

At 4:00 p.m. today, Typhoon "CHEDENG" was estimated based on radar, satellite and surface data at 160 km Southeast of Basco, Batanes (19.5°N, 123.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 195 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 230 kph. It is forecast to move North Northwest at 19 kph.
