Gen. San's 'True Colors' Wins in Showtime

“True Colors” from General Santos bested 10 other finalists for the title Showtime’s 3rd Grand Champion.



The group “True Colors” from General Santos has just been named “All-Star Brangayan grand champion” of the country’s favorite talent-variety show during the showdown held earlier today, May 14, at the Ynares Center in Antipolo, Rizal. The winning group won P2 million—P1 million for them and P1 million for the barangay they represent.
True Colors bested “Anonymous Edition” from Rizal, “Cool Guyz” from Laguna, “Asian Pride” from Mandaluyong, “Vision 20” from Laguna, “Tribos Humanikas” from Caloocan, “Artist Youth of the Philippines” from Bulacan, “True Colors” from General Santos, “Yuri Crowd” from Bacolod, “BTLA Kids” from Caloocan, and the Negros Dance Collective.
On the other hand, the Best Intro was awarded to Brgy. Poblacion, Guihulngan, Negros Oriental.
